IT’s been a while since I went grocery shopping in a big store. Usually I just stop by the food Lion close to my house. I like the Food Lion because they have most of what I need and it is pretty quick to get in and find what I want, pay for it without a big line and get home. But sometimes I want a few things that Food Lion doesn’t carry, so I went to the new Publix about 15 minutes farther from my house. It is huge and I found what I wanted. But dang! There were 4 people in line in front of me and it took 20 minutes just to check out. That’s crazy!

Paying for my gas at the convenience store I noticed a vase of fresh flowers at the checkout. There was a stem of a red rose and some little white flowers wrapped in cellophane. So I bought one and brought it home to my girl. Tell you what. It was definitely worth the $2.99.

Everyone loved Megan Fox in Transformers. She has a body to kill for. So now she’s the killer, in Jennifer’s Body. It comes out next month. Here’s the new trailer I found.

This is the last weekend of my buddies being in town. Everyone is headed back to college and summer is pretty much over for us.

I have 4 different parties to go to for our end of summer celebration and back to school kickoff, and no idea how to get to all of them. It’s going to be a crazy weekend, for sure!
