Today is Obama Day – time for change. LOL

It is the start of Daylight Savings Time. So change your clocks – add an hour. It’s a good start for Obama, eh.

Probably to no one’s great surprise, the Pittsburgh Steelers won the Super Bowl tonight. The Arizona Cardinals put more points on the board than we expected, but not enough to win the game. The game was back and forth, with a lot of flags and penalties, a couple of heroic moments, and the game winning points scored in the last few seconds of the game. So it was a good game and not as big a blow out as the experts were predicting. Congrats to both teams for getting to the Super Bowl and to the Steelers for their 6th win of the NFL’s championship game.

The past week has been all about how Jessica is getting fat. They is a tragedy. Someone as hot as Jessica really does need to watch her weight and choose her wardrobe with extra care. What is up with the mom jeans? OMFG!

She cannot afford to have a bad hair day or a fat day on stage. There are other hotties waiting for their chance to strut their skinny hot stuff.

This should be a wake up call to Jessica and all the hotties that America wants thin chicks with long legs and big boobs. That’s just the way it is, people. Call me shallow, but I want eye candy and our fantasy girls are definietly not fat.

All the TV channels were focused on the inauguration today.  I don’t know why, but I had never before realized that the inauguration is an all day long affair. It started with the Presidents going to church and having a hand off meeting between Bush and Obama, then the swearing in, then a parade to the White House and then I don’t know how many official inaugural balls that the President and his beautiful wife Michele had to not only attend but dance in front of everyone and have little speeches and all. It was quite a big day for them and I’m glad to know that the American Dream can really come true for people of even the most humble beginnings.

I’m SO looking forward to 2009! This is going to be MY year. I can feel it in my bones! I have a great job, a wonderful family, lots of friends. Everything is going to fall into place and be smooth, especially with a new president coming into power and all the good things he’s promised to bring.
