Saw kids on the corner waiting for the school bus and they were dressed up like indians. I wondered what was up with that? So I stopped and asked the little brat that live across the street from my place. He said for Thanksgiving the school kids were supposed to dress up as either a pilgrim or an indian. I think there are going to be a whole lot of indians running that school today!

I’m SO looking forward to 2009! This is going to be MY year. I can feel it in my bones! I have a great job, a wonderful family, lots of friends. Everything is going to fall into place and be smooth, especially with a new president coming into power and all the good things he’s promised to bring.

I have a busy next couple of days doing the family visits and dinners and such. We have a lot of traditions to keep up. So I hope you get all the gifts you wanted and that you have a wonderful holiday with the loved ones of your choice.

I’m thinking of waiting until the New Year to download the newest 2.7 version that WordPress is now offering. Right now I am happy with what I have started with, but I will check into it and research it a bit before jumping right in.

I have some friends that I can ask some questions regarding WordPress and I’m sure that I’ll find the topic being discussed in many blogs that I can google to. But I’m staying put for now and going to tend to more urgent matters such as some hardcore holiday partying and enjoying the festivities that are in full swing now that Christmas is only a few day away.
